The Embassy in Kigali is responsible for issuing national visas to applicants residing throughout Rwanda. Schengen visa applications from Rwandans should be submitted to the Belgian Embassy. Embassy Kigali is responsible for issuing Schengen visas to non-Rwandan applicants residing in Rwanda.
