The Embassy in Kigali is responsible for issuing national visas to applicants residing throughout Rwanda. Schengen visa applications from Rwandans should be submitted to the Belgian Embassy in Nairobi. Embassy Kigali is responsible for issuing Schengen visas to non-Rwandan applicants residing in Rwanda.

Appointments for visits in other matters can be arranged in the period of:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
No electronic devices are allowed on the Embassy compound, mobile-phones can be left at the entrance, laptops or bigger bags cannot be brought or kept at the Embassy.
